Wolverhampton Wanderers fell to 10 men Arsenal

The Premier League match at Molineux Stadium did not result in Wolverhampton’s favour as the visitors dominated the show. The Wolves came out of hibernation of eighteen days to play a match at Molineux and their ill form caught up with them soon as they faced the seasoned Gunners players, the team’s plight this season worsened after they have been ejected from all the other domestic competition.

Within 25 minutes, Arsenal took advantage of a blunder by the Wolves as Gabriel Martinelli’s corner found its way to Ben White who headed it to Alexandre Lacazette and he set up Gabriel with the winning goal. The second half stayed interesting with both the teams looking active later Arsenal was reduced to a 10 men army but still defended their lead well enough to take all three points.
