A buzzer beater by Barrett sees Knicks past Celtics

RJ Barrett scored a game-winning buzzer-beater three-pointer that handed New York Knicks a 108-105 triumph over Boston Celtics on Thursday night while Evan Fournier scored a career-high 41 points, and the red hot Knicks had to overcome a 24 point deficit mid-game to win the match.

For Boston, Jayson Tatum scored 36 points, and Dennis Schroder added 20 points with Jaylen Brown on just 16 points at the end of the match. New York also saw a great contribution from Julius Randle of 22 points, and Immanuel Quickley and Barrett on 16 and 13 points respectively. Knicks were trailing behind for a major part of the match then Fournier's long jumper saw the score at 96-96 then went ahead with two minutes to go and then they needed Barrett’s three-pointer to win.
