Returning from one game injury, Anthony Davis added 27 points and blocked three shots to help Los Angeles Lakers maintain their unbeaten record on the road. Lakers celebrated a 120-102 win over Houston Rockets after beating Chicago Bulls on Friday without Davis. LeBron James complemented with 18 points, 7 rebounds, and 7 assists and Montrezl Harrell came off the bench to add 16 points and 8 rebounds.
Despite a great effort by Christian Wood, James Harden they could not turn the game around and the team shot just 12 for 41 from behind the arc against the former NBA champions. Davis and Talen Horton-Tucker came together for the 40-point haul in the second quarter which changed the tide, Horton-Tucker ended the night with 17 points 3 assists, and 5 rebounds.
