Anthony Edwards had an unsteady performance

The Minnesota Timberwolves’ rookie, Anthony Edwards had an unsteady performance to start his career. In his first NBA preseason game, Minnesota Timberwolves, first overall draft pick, Anthony Edwards had a shaky performance.  But Timberwolves fans should not worry about this.

Edwards finished 2-of-9 from the field against the Grizzlies. There was 1-of-5 from three, one assist, with four rebounds, five fouls, and three turnovers.  But there is no reason to worry about his performance.

It’s only preseason first of all. Preseason is extremely overanalyzed. It does not matter. There are so many examples of rookies struggling in the preseason.  But, they had productive and long careers. For instance, Devin Booker merely averaged eight points on 38-percent from the field. Jayson Tatum bagged eight points per game. And, that too on 37-percent from the field.
