Former Eastern Conference champion Miami Heat gets swamped by Milwaukee Bucks who set an NBA record of most 3-pointers (29) in their 144-97 thumping on Tuesday night. They attempted 51 times from beyond the arc and were successful 29 times, an impressive improvement after 7 for 38 during their New York match loss.
Giannis Antetokounmpo though did not contribute to the 3-point tally while all 12 players made it to the list atleast once, he ended the night with 9 points. Sam Merrill broke the record though by scoring the 28th, breaking the previous record of 27 held by Houston. While the night was big for the Bucks, for Heat it was their worst nightmare, Tyler Herro ended with 23 points while Jimmy Butler was missing due to injury.
