Chicago Bulls made a daring move this offseason giving way their fourth-year power forward Lauri Markkanen to Cavs and getting small forward Derrick Jones Jr. as part of the sign-and-trade deal with the Cavs and Portland Trail Blazers.
The forward would give the team a big boost adding excitement and defensive value to the roster who are ready to put up a title fight next season under Billy Donovan. Jones is the best shot-blocking wings and is also well known as the disrupting player at his position in NBA. Derrick Jones Jr apparently idolized Derrick Rose growing up and played 58 regular-season games with Portland shooting 6.8 points per game, 3.5 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 0.6 steals, and 0.9 blocks.
