Canada's Kevin Pangos would make his NBA debut with Cleveland Cavaliers. The Point guard has exclusively spent his entire professional career in Europe and now after spending six long years the 28-year-old would play in NBA for the next two years at least. Playing for Zenit Saint Petersburg, Pangos was even part of the All-EuroLeague after averaging 13.5 points and 6.6 assists.
With his addition to the squad, Cleveland has fulfilled one of their priorities of this season, which was to have a more impactful player at the backcourt. Cavs even signed veteran Ricky Rubio for the same position. The 6-foot-2 player would serve the role of a mentor to young guard Darius Garland as well. Garland is heading towards his third NBA season.
