Jayson Tatum drops another 30-point performance to lead the team to a 129-106 win over the shorthanded Nets. Boston Celtics are on fire as they claim their 11th win in the last 13 games, further it was Celtics' second win in the Barclays Center in 16 days, facing a starless Nets. Kevin Durant and the new recruit Ben Simmons and Goran Dragic were watching the match from the sidelines while Joe Harris awaited doctors' orders on surgery and Kyrie Irving’s vaccine drama persisted.

This gave Celtics a rare opportunity to push for another win againt Nets’ reserves to become the hottest team in the NBA. Celtics welcomed back Marcus Smart who recorded 15 points, six assists, 5-for-6 from 3, and Rob Williams as well who scored 12 points, 11 rebounds and saw their defensive issues disappeared.
