Boston Celtics duo Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown had a combined total of 65 points on Sunday as Boston Celtics cruised past Minnesota Timberwolves with 134-112 for their sixth consecutive win. Celtics have found a late winning streak in NBA winning their 24th match in the last 28th game to take the top spot in the Eastern Conference standings.
Timberwolves kicked off their four-game trip with a loss, with Anthony Edwards scoring 24 points and Karl-Anthony Towns adding 19. Celtics did not have Al Horford on their side while Minnesota lacked an injured Malik Beasley still Boston stayed on top throughout the match with Tatum and Brown scoring 30 plus points for the seventh time this year. Celtics move head to Toronto while Timberwolves would take on the same team on Wednesday.
