Chicago Bulls 124-109 Indiana Pacers

The Indiana Pacers allowed their opponents to get off to hot starts in the first quarter during the early stages of the 2022-23 NBA season. Chicago dominated Indiana in the first quarter, scoring a season-high 76 points, which set the tone for the night. Despite the loss, Zach LaVine led all scorers with 28 points. He shot 6-13 from the field, grabbed six rebounds and dished five assists. The Bulls' offence was powered by All-Star guard Zach LaVine, who scored 28 points. He did not play the first two games of the season.

LaVine said the Bulls' win against the Pacers was a good team win since Indiana did not stop shooting. The Bulls' biggest lead of the night was 24, but the Pacers continued to shoot three-pointers in the third quarter and cut the lead down to single digits. Indiana outscored Chicago 36-27 in the third quarter and made things interesting.
