Cleveland Cavaliers to let go Collin Sexton?

Head Coach Erik Spoelstra is keen to have potential reinforcements this transfer season in his squad. Keeping in mind the not so satisfactory performance by Miami Heat, Spoelstra eyes Collin Sexton as a great fill-in to his squad. Collin Sexton has been linked to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Next season, the 22-year-old point guard will enter the final year of his rookie contract. Last season, he averaged 24.3 points and 4.4 assists per game. Even better, he did it with a high level of efficiency, shooting 47.5 percent from the field and 37.5 percent from deep.

Cleveland has the third overall pick in this year's draught when guards are in high demand. Jalen Suggs and Jalen Green, for example, are likely to be available. These two guards have the potential to become franchise players. With that in mind, it appears that the Cavs will prioritize teaming one of them with Darius Garland.
