Clippers experimented with a different lineup in the second half when veterans were given a well-deserved rest. The home side did well in the first half but the momentum changed later on as Sacramento Kings took charge to push to a 113-98 win. Clippers did not start the game strong in fact they were on a 12-2 deficit as Kings with De’Aaron Fox rolled over the team with ease. Clippers fought back and reduced the lead to 22-28 and then climbed at par with 36 each.
In the first half, we saw the Clippers we have seen many times on the floor the game changers and title contenders but in the second half it was the future of Clippers in form of Brandon Boston Jr., Kennard, Jay Scrubb, Coffey, and Giles and it is safe to say they need to get more work done.
