On Monday, Clippers beat Trail Blazers with a big push by their second unit consisting of Luke Kennard, Terance Mann, and Isaiah Hartenstein in search for their first win of the season with 116-86. Clippers did struggle at the start of the game when the score was 15-14 then the second unit powered the team into a lead of 14 at the end of the first quarter and kept the double-digit lead in check during the rest of the match.
The trio created some magic on the floor with beautiful chemistry to witness on the offensive side. Kennard scored 23 points with 8-of-10 shooting from the field, including 6-of-7 on threes, Mann scored 13 points with 5-of-6 shooting. Paul George hit a career-high in steals and saw off Blazers.
