Portland Trail Blazers have worked hard on their roster this offseason and might have one of the deepest rosters as compared to other NBA teams. Neil Olshey and the Portland Trail Blazers are on a rampage to upgrade their roster and some of the players are worthy of being put on the watchlist for 2020-21 Sixth Man of the Year.
Two of the obvious players are Gary Trent Jr. and Carmelo Anthony. History has witnessed just 10 players who have scored more bench points than Trent (329 points). And while at Orlando bubble he was placed No. 1 in bench points scored. Anthony put in one of his most efficient seasons since his last All-Star appearance in 2016-17. He averaged 0.90 points per possession and was placed 85th percentile in spot-ups against starters. Portland Trail Blazers do offer some contenders for the crown.
