Damian Lillard, CJ McCollum optimistic deeper roster makes Trail Blazers contend

Damian Lillard, Portland Trail Blazers star's goal of vanquishing an NBA championship and doing it in Portland is accurately documented. He eloquently narrates that desire to anyone who asks. Lilliard had his first interview with reporters ahead of the new season on Tuesday.  He said that he had various discussions with Olshey regarding making roster moves to bring Portland its first title since 1977.
