Coach Mike Budenholzer of the Phoenix Suns announced today that Josh Okogie (hamstring tightness), Devin Booker (right ankle soreness), Jusuf Nurkić (left middle finger), and Grayson Allen (Achilles discomfort) will not play in Phoenix's preseason game against the Denver Nuggets tomorrow.
Due to an injury, Booker was ruled out just before yesterday's 109-91 defeat to the Detroit Pistons. As a result, rookie Ryan Dunn started alongside Mason Plumlee, Bradley Beal, Tyus Jones, and Kevin Durant. Due to Nurkić's injury, second-round rookie Oso Ighodaro and experienced free-agency signing Mason Plumlee will get increased playing time. Apart from Nurkić, Budenholzer did not disclose the exact duration of play for the Suns' starting lineup for tomorrow, but he did state, "We expect everyone else to be available, but we'll see how everybody came out of practice."
