Jazz’ star player Donovan Mitchell detonated offensively during the second from last quarter of Utah's matchup against the Chicago Bulls at Vivint Arena on Wednesday. In the first half, Mitchell had eight points on 3\7 field shooting, including 2\5 from past the three-point line. The NBA All-Star burst for 25 points in the third quarter then shooting 8\13 from the field, including 7\9 from downtown.
Then Mitchell clung to the net to complete the quarter with 33 points and added two rebounds and three assists. Toward the finish of the quarter, the Jazz possessed an 89-81 lead. In the wake of confronting the Bulls, the Jazz will have the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday prior to setting out on a six-game road trip starting in New York and completing at Golden State.
