Gilgeous-Alexander hits a triple-double as Thunder sees off Nuggets

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander hits another triple-double to lead Oklahoma City Thunder in the 108-94 win over Denver Nuggets. This was the team’s first triple-double as well at home since Russell Westbrook during the 2018-19 season and he completed it with just a minute to go. Thunder improved their record to 5-3 after their 73-point loss at Memphis.

The Reigning league MVP, Nikola Jokic scored just 13 points seven rebounds, and three assists and did not look as much of a threat on the court even sat out the last quarter. Nuggets were playing their first game after Dec. 17 and had won the last three of their four matches but the break did not help them as Thunder at point stretched the lead to 21 points and dominated the match.
