In the NBA Draft, are the Toronto Raptors likely to trade up?

With the NBA Draft only two weeks away, there is a lot of conjecture over whether the Toronto Raptors, who lost their first-round pick to the San Antonio Spurs, will move up into the lottery or stick with their current 19th and 31st picks.

Talk about potential trade-ups in the draft by General Manager Bobby Webster and President Masai Ujiri is growing as Toronto rebuilds. This theory was mentioned on Kevin O'Connor's podcast on The Ringer, although it is still theoretical. Even with all the rumors, Toronto doesn't often make transactions before the draft. Although Ujiri has a history of being a great draft selection, he has frequently expressed his preference for free agency over trades. Bruce Brown, who joined the Raptors through the Siakam trade with the Indiana Pacers, is one noteworthy trade candidate. Due to Brown's lackluster play, there have been rumors that Toronto may move him while his value is still high.
