In the NBA East duel, the Cavaliers defeated the Knicks

With a 142-105 thumping of the New York Knicks on Friday, the Cleveland Cavaliers increased their NBA-best record and solidified their hold on the Eastern Conference lead with an all-around overpowering performance.
