Jimmy Butler hits his playoff career-high with 45 points and went on a rampage in the final moments of the match with 7-0 run and Miami Heat took out Atlanta Hawks, 115-105 in Game 2 of the first-round playoff series. Miami improved their lead to 2-0 over the eighth-seeded side even after Bogdan Bogdanovic’s fourth-quarter rally where he scored 19 of his 29 points.
Heat once again kept tight control over Trae Young who scored 25 points. Hawks came close in the third quarter with 64-62 and after the three minutes of silence from Hawks side the match has turned its momentum in Heat’s favor with 3-pointers by Butler, P.J. Tucker, and Strus and the score read 75-62 and Hawks could not get the lead afterward.
