Kevin Young joins Monty Williams in Suns

Kevin Young was an assistant coach at 76ers working under Brett Brown for the past four seasons. Monty Williams has also served at Sixers as a head coach and now the 38-year-old will reunite with Williams. Sixers had fired Brown on 24th of Aug Young had expected the head coach job would go to him but Doc Rivers was hired recently to fill Brown's shoes.  

Young will now help coach the team that features Willie Green, Mark Bryant, Randy Ayers, and Brian Randle. 76ers under Williams and Young had finished at the third place in the NBA Eastern Conference with a record of 51-31 and were defeated by the East Conference Champions Toronto Raptors by 4-3 in the finals. What this duo will do at Suns, only time will tell.
