Kings lose their lead, lost 144-123 to Toronto

Kings lost a winning match at home, could not rally past Kyle Lowry less Raptors. Toronto after losing the first quarter by 19 runs, roared to life the next three to score 109 points to set a record for the franchise. Their 144-123 wins were the best ever number posted by Raptors, taking advantage of the defensive blunder by Kings during the night. Kings were doing great on the offensive end with 43 points in the first quarter itself, with 13 assists, and shooting 81% of the time from the field.

Raptors came charging at Sacramento in the quarters later with the help from VanVleet, who complimented those figures with 34 points of his own and 13-of-22 shooting and 7 assists. Kings despite a great offensive play by Harrison Barnes, Tyrese Haliburton, and De’Aaron Fox lost the match but would not have time to lick their wounds as they fight again on Saturday.
