Lakers defeated Rockets 95-85 at Home

Los Angeles Lakers improve their form with back-to-back wins to go 4-3 so far in the season while the Rockets fell to 1-5. Lakers forward Carmelo Anthony recorded 23 points off the bench to help the team to a 95-85 home win. The Russell Westbrook supported with 20 points, and Anthony Davis scored 16 at Staples Center. Anthony’s red hot form continued as made the most threes in the six games in Lakers history with 19 taking his total to 24 so far in the season.

Los Angeles was leading by 28 points in the last quarter in the low-scoring match as Lakers took a commanding lead of 84-56. Lakers were without Dwight Howard for the night as Davis was put in the center position and take on Rockets once more at Home on Tuesday and host the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday as well.
