The city of Los Angeles rejoiced on the Lakers win over Miami during Game 6 of NBA finals with 106-90. This counts as the 17th championship for Lakers as they returned to the finals after 10 long years since the 2009-10 season, with the help of their superstar LeBron James, who was named NBA Finals MVP. Now Lakers match Celtics record of most championship wins at NBA. For LeBron James, this counts as his fourth NBA title with three teams and his 10th title appearance. James joined Laker in July 2018 and had dreamed of carrying the team to NBA title, last season though was disappointing for Lakers after they got eliminated early this year they were mesmerizing throughout the game.
