LaMelo Ball’s 3-pointers led Hornets towards a win

LaMelo Ball posted a career-high 7 3-pointers, a total of 24 points with 10 assists and 7 rebounds to lead Hornets past short-handed Houston Rockets 119-94 for their second back-to-back win. Gordon Hayward and Miles Bridges looked in form as well posted 19 points each and Bridge added 10 rebounds as well. The match seemed close up until the fourth quarter when Hornets blew past Rockets on a 19-1 run.

For Rockets this was their third loss in 10 matches and was led by Victor Oladipo with 21 points in the absence of John Wall, Eric Gordon and Christian Wood three of their top scorer. On average, the trio has 59 points per game and Rockets felt their absence. Charlotte maintained their strong fourth-quarter performance with 10-0 without point guard Devonte Graham.
