One of the favorite times of the year, NBA All-Star Weekend, is quickly approaching. LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers and Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets are currently leading their respective conferences in the NBA All-Star Game's first round of voting. Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors and Kyrie Irving of the Nets are in the top two spots in the West for guards. James and Durant are the front-court voting section's representatives.
To choose the starters for the 2023 NBA All-Star Game, fans will cast 50% of the ballots, current NBA players 25%, and a media panel the remaining 5%. The NBA's "3-for-1 Day" is scheduled for January 6, and fan votes will be counted three times. The next All-Star Game update will be released by the league on January 12.
