Portland Trail Blazers were no match for Los Angeles Lakers’ defense in the 102-93 loss and handled Blazers their fourth back-to-back loss on Friday night. Blazers offense was no match against Lakers they shot just 38.6% from the field and 29.7% on threes with just 15 rebounds. Lakers were quite aggressive against Blazers but were not that great on the offense side either shooting just 25.9% of their threes but enjoyed 52-30-point advantage in the paint.
Lakers came out on top even after Damian Lillard posted 35 points for Portland while LeBron James was with 28 points in the end. Blazers are now 0-3 on their road trip and are heading back home for three more games with Charlotte, Golden State, and Sacramento after the disappointing run before NBA heads towards the All-Star break from next week onwards.
