The Orlando Magic gets to keep Evan Fournier for one more season. This year’s NBA offseason is gripped with uncertainty as it is and his fifth season with Magic was a career-defining year where he pulled off an average of 18.5 points per game with 46.7 percent shooting, and 39.9 percent from deep. Fournier was the only reliable outside shooter at Magic and seals a deal with $17 million and though this year the demand was for more shooters at Magic with a roster change. As his performance, this postseason was questionable as he averaged just 12.8 points on 35.1 percent shooting from the field. And this was the second season when Fournier was a non-factor in the playoffs.
