P.J. Hall led in rebounds with seven, and several players contributed five assists apiece. For Miami, Bam Adebayo and Norman Powell had 23 points each, while Kel’el Ware notched 20 points and 14 rebounds for his fourth preseason double-double. Memphis dominated the third and fourth quarters with key runs, including a 28-8 surge. The Grizzlies shot 52.9% overall and 51.3% from three, outscoring Miami’s bench 82-39. Wells went 7-of-10, including 3-of-5 from deep, while Small hit 4-of-5 from three.
