The Bucks (44-34) rested Giannis Antetokounmpo after his massive triple-double performance in Miami on Saturday, but still secured their fourth straight win, pulling a full game ahead of idle Detroit (43-35).

Brook Lopez added 20 points and 12 rebounds, while Kevin Porter Jr., stepping into the starting lineup, contributed 20 points. Ryan Rollins also impressed with 14 points and 10 assists.
