NBA: Anthony Davis injured?

Anthony Davis of the Los Angeles Lakers was injured while playing against the Utah Jazz. Unfortunately for the Lakers and their supporters, this season has been hampered by injuries and poor and uninteresting performances from certain members of the squad. Anthony Davis landed awkwardly against the Utah Jazz in the most recent instance involving an injured Lakers star.

He leaped to his feet and climbed. Unfortunately, gravity returned him to the earth in an unfavorable manner for his ankle. Fans of the Los Angeles Lakers were naturally concerned, and NBA fans on Twitter had a lot to say about it. The injury was terrifying, and watching Davis on the ground and then struggling to get off the field was really troubling. Unfortunately, it's unclear when Davis will be able to return to the team.
