New Orleans Pelicans consider trading for Kyle Lowry

In the bid to make their franchise star Zion Williamson happy, New Orleans Pelicans have a long offseason ahead of them. The Williamson family is dejected in the way Pelicans are moving and thus to keep their star wearing the same jersey they need a complete makeover. Pelicans have kickstarted the overhaul process from the top, they first fired Stan Van Gundy as head coach and later inked a deal with ex Sun’s assistant coach Willie Green.

From the squad, Lonzo Ball would hit the free agency market as Pelicans feel the need to upgrade. For the point guard position Pelicans are eying Toronto Raptors’ Kyle Lowry. The 35-year-old would add stability to the franchise as he is looking for a multi-year deal this time. With Lowry onboard Pelicans would have a decent lineup with Williamson, Brandon Ingram, and Josh Hart.
