Orlando Magic’s defensive side is still weak and needs a lot of work heading into the regular season. Their performance in the preseason has been disappointing with back-to-back defeats as well as a loss to Charlotte Hornets at home. Steve Clifford’s side was going down ever since the first quarter, they were 14 down heading into the second and never could make up for the loss throughout the match ultimately lost 123-115 to Charlotte Hornets.
Magic players could not rebound the ball giving Charlotte great opportunities to score as well Devonte’ Graham and Terry Rozier to score from beyond the arc. Further, they need to work on foul issues on many occasions Magic had to hand over the ball to Hornets which happened 19 times during the course of the match and gave Charlottes 19 points directly.
