Pelicans rout Phoenix Suns 125-114

New Orleans Pelicans took out the top-seeded Phoenix Suns, in Game 2 of the Western Conference first-round matchup. On Tuesday night Brandon Ingram scored 37 points while CJ McCollum went on to add 23 points for the team with the 125-114 win. It was a double blow to Suns who lost the match as well as might have lost All-Star guard Devin Booker to an injury.

Booker took off in the first half and scored 31 points for Suns and later left the team in the second half with hamstring tightness. Suns were trailing by 77-74 before Booker left and without the leading scorer, the Pelicans rallied throwing down 3s with help from Jose Alvarado, Ingram, and McCollum to take lead now both the sides would meet for Game 3 on Friday in New Orleans.
