After suffering from a shooting slump, Brandon Ingram finally found his way out of it and scores 32 points against Golden State Warriors to end the three-game skid. Pelicans seized a 101-96 win facing a depleted team of Warriors.
The team that once lead the Western Conference is sliding down the table, with a two-game losing streak. First, the teams’ leading scorer Stephen Curry was sidelined then Draymond Green joined him with a sore hip. Without their lethal 3-point shooting stars, Warriors missed 52 shots from deep and Pelicans took advantage shooting seven of eight free throws with help from Ingram and Jones. Pelicans later outrebounded Golden State as well with 46-42 and committed 18 turnovers, which gave away 24 Warriors points, compared to seven points off of 14 Warriors turnovers.
