Chris Paul realized his dreams to lead Phoenix Suns to their first NBA finals after 1993. CP3 took down Clippers and buried the former club with his playoff career-high 41 points to see Suns through to the NBA Finals. Suns took down Clippers by 130-103 in Game 6 to win the series by 4-2 and what a journey it has been for Suns. They first took out LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round then they crushed MVP Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets with a 4-0 clean sweep in the second round.
In the Conference finals, they were favored to win early facing a Kawhi Leonard less Clippers. But they continued to showcase their impressive form in the NBA Playoffs where the likes of Jazz, Sixers and Nets were all shown the door. Suns now await the winner of Atlanta Hawks or Milwaukee Bucks.
