Phoenix Suns came through in Game 4 of the NBA Playoff series

The Phoenix Suns upset the Los Angeles Clippers 84-80 at the Staples Center to move within one win of their first NBA Finals berth in 28 years. Chris Paul hit five clutch free throws in the final seconds to put the Suns up 3-1 in the best-of-seven Western Conference finals. Devin Booker finished with 25 points before fouling out, and Deandre Ayton had 19 points and 22 rebounds. For the Clippers, Paul George finished with 23 points and 16 rebounds.

In a suspenseful fourth quarter, both teams went nearly four minutes without scoring as the Suns held a narrow 71-70 advantage. Paul, who finished with 18 points and seven assists, retained his composure in the last seven seconds to secure the victory. The Suns can clinch their spot in the NBA playoffs on Monday if they win game five at home.
