Portland Trail Blazers beat the Indiana Pacers 116-100

Damian Lillard, a star for the Blazers, scored 21 points and handed out six assists in his first game back after suffering a calf strain on November 19. Jusuf Nurkic had 19 points and six rebounds, and Anfernee Simons finished the game with 22 points and six assists. Myles Turner led the Pacers in scoring and rebounds with 24 points. In support of the Pacers without starting point guard Tyrese Haliburton, Buddy Hield scored 22 points.

The Blazers shot an impressive 17 of 40 (32.5%) shots from beyond the arc. Portland had 32 assists on 42 completed field goals, demonstrating the importance of ball movement. In the second quarter, Lillard committed his third foul, and the Blazers benched him for the final 2:24 of the first half.
