Portland Trail Blazers second preseason game before the regular season kicks off was with Sacramento and they entered the match with a different approach. Giving all their starters minutes to play on the floor but the strategy did not pan out as they ultimately lost to the Sacramento Kings at Moda Center with more young faces.
