Sacramento Kings have a New Head Coach

The Kings were reputed to have interest in various applicants, including ex Portland Trail Blazers mentor Terry Stotts, yet Mike Brown is the one who lands the position as one of the three NBA head coach positions is filled. Sacramento Kings employed Golden State Warriors aide Mike Brown as the Head coach for the side. The 52-year-old, Brown has been part of the Warrior's training staff since 2016, guiding the team to two titles as well.

He's likewise been an associate mentor with the Washington Wizards in 1997-99, San Antonio Spurs back in 2000-03, and Indiana Pacers in 2003-05. But the Kings’ offer would see him in the coach role for the third time in his career after Cleveland Cavaliers where he served twice from 2005-10 then he came back for the 2013-14 season and Los Angeles Lakers' single 2011-12 season. Sacramento expects to end the longest dry spell from playoffs in the NBA.
