Should Los Angeles Lakers take a call over LeBron James?

Los Angeles Lakers might have had a championship-winning roster two seasons ago but their performance this season has been embarrassing with losses piling up. Lakers need to take a call and decide the franchise future soon rather than continue down the path aimlessly. Lakers if by any chance can qualify through the Play-In Tournament, winning against a team like Phoenix Suns, who have been dominating this season would be far from reality, even with a healthy roster.

Lakers could alternatively keep LeBron James and Rusell Westbrook down for the rest of the season and with Anthony Davis' injury run in he would not be available till the final couple of weeks. Lakers are 27-34 this season and sit at the 9th seed in the Western Conference the hopes to stay alive looks slim still.
