Philadelphia 76ers star player Ben Simmons has been the center of the rumor mill this offseason. Simmons has been linked to many franchises but none of the negotiations reached their pinnacle, even when the player has confirmed he wishes to leave Sixers before the next season starts. Simmons has even refused to report to the training camp.
The three-time All-Star could be involved in a three-team trade involving Timberwolves and Raptors. The 25-year-old has averaged 15.9 points, 8.1 rebounds, 7.7 assists, and 1.7 steals in the four seasons. But his numbers have seen a downturn of late with Sixers and especially in the playoffs, in the last match with Hawks in the second round of the playoffs, he just posted an average of 9.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 8.6 assists in the seven games. Simmons currently is in the second year of his five year deal with Sixers worth $177.2
