Some updates about Ja Morant injury

Most recently, Morant exited a game against the Cleveland Cavaliers last Saturday, after just six minutes due to right calf soreness and did not return. This incident followed a recent right ankle issue that had already sidelined him for a game against the Boston Celtics earlier in the week.

These latest setbacks add to the concern over Morant's durability, especially following his major shoulder surgery. In January 2024, Morant underwent a season-ending operation to repair a torn labrum in his right shoulder, an injury sustained during a training session. That surgery limited him to just nine games in the 2023-24 season. While he was expected to be fully recovered for the 2024-25 season, the recurring minor injuries have once again raised questions about his ability to stay on the court. The team is currently monitoring his calf issue.
