The Golden State Warriors listed superstar point guard Stephen Curry as "probable" for Game 1 of their first-round playoff series against the Denver Nuggets. Warriors head coach Steve Kerr on Friday said that everything has gone well and they are expecting Curry to play. But they would still see how he is feeling on Saturday.
If Curry can return to the court on Saturday for their playoff opener, Kerr mentioned that he would begin on a minute’s restriction. Kerr didn’t specify the minutes and declined to say that he wouldn’t play 38 minutes. He further added that if everything goes well, they will bring him slowly from there. Curry suffered a sprained ligament in his left foot after the match against Boston Celtics on March 16 and has been out of the lineup ever since.
