Stephen Curry remained in form, dropping 10 3pointers to finally post 49 points to lead Golden State Warriors to a 107-96 win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday. Curry is currently on a streak of his own with the longest 30-point game streak by a Warriors player for the first time since Wilt Chamberlain in 1964. This was his 5th 40 point game in April alone and he broke the records of Bryant and Michael Jordan by scoring the most 40-point games in a month by a player aged 33 or older.
Curry took advantage of the fact that Sixers were without All-Star Ben Simmons, who is ill and their starting forward Tobias Harris who was out with a sore knee leaving just Joel Embiid to deal with and he scored just 28 points for Philadelphia 76ers.
