The lessons we learned in Kings' first loss of the season

The 72-game 2020-21 NBA season is loaded with all kinds of scheduling peculiarities. One of the main reasons is that the league tried to work around the coronavirus pandemic. The Kings were faced with their first loss on Sunday. It was when they played the Phoenix Suns. And, that too for the second time in two consecutive nights at Golden 1 Center.

After squashing Devin Booker and Chris Paul on Saturday night, the Kings felt the going much harder. It was because it was their second time. The three main reasons which made Kings defeated badly were not hard to guess. Firstly, they ran out of gas.  Secondly, they didn't have any pace. And, last but not least was Haliburton's impressive performance. Hence, the Suns won the match.
