Timberwolves might not extend D'Angelo Russell's contract

D'Angelo Russell was one of the players that had struggled during this NBA season and without saying we know he had experienced an overall down year. Even though has been a great option for the Minnesota Timberwolves. But during the summer transfer, there has been a lot of trading news lingering around him. He could also be traded on draft night. 

After trading Rudy Gobert, the Timberwolves are most likely to trade Russell as well. However, they might have not found a suitable offer yet or have other plans for the player. He might also have to play out in the final year of his term with the team.
