Toronto Raptors are all set to add one more wing to the roster

With the Sacramento Kings unwilling to re-sign Josh Jackson following last season, the Raptors jumped at the chance. Following his high draught pick at No. 4 overall, Jackson fizzled in Phoenix before joining up with former Raptors coach Dwane Casey in Detroit. When Jackson was playing for the Pistons, he was scoring 13.4 points per game, but after being traded to Sacramento, he dropped to just 6.4.

The Raptors aren't excessively committed to Jackson because he didn't sign a big contract, but they have left the door open for him to become a valuable part of the bench. If he makes it through preseason cuts, he'll find a nice pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Jackson agreed to a one-year, non-guaranteed contract with Toronto valued at slightly more than $2 million.
