Trade Rumor: Chris Paul doesn't want to be traded to the defending champions

The future of Chris Paul, Oklahoma City Thunder guard is doing the rounds. ESPN's Stephen A. Smith has indicated one team that might not be among the prospective landing spot is none other than the defending NBA champions.

Smith tweeted a video last Wednesday night. Smith told clearly that for Paul, a move to the Lakers would be "ring-chasing". However, it was not the kind of ring chasing he wanted to be a part of.

Chris Paul does not want to go to the Lakers. And, the exact reasons are not disclosed yet.  The major reasons which were prevalent were the Lakers have already established themselves. They have already accomplished, and there was hardly anything to do for them.
